Consent to Personal Data Processing / Согласие на обработку персональных данных

1. Controller

The Controller determines the purposes and means of processing personal data in connection with the program, archive products, payment and support.
2. Data covered by this consent
- •name, e-mail, phone number, Telegram handle;
- •company name, role and other details voluntarily provided by the user;
- •selected tier, archive item, order number, currency, amount and payment status;
- •technical data: timestamp, IP address, user-agent, cookies, analytics identifiers and consent evidence;
- •communications with the Controller regarding access, support, refund or organizational matters.
3. Purposes
- •registration for the online program, intro session or archive product;
- •identity and contact verification for order fulfillment;
- •payment processing through Stripe and reconciliation of payment status;
- •providing access to online sessions, recordings, materials, EntSpace account and community features included in the selected tier;
- •customer support, operational notices, accounting, tax and compliance records;
- •website security, fraud prevention and proof of consent;
- •analytics and product improvement, subject to applicable cookie settings and law.
4. Processing operations and sharing
The user authorizes collection, recording, organization, storage, adaptation, retrieval, use, disclosure by transmission, restriction, erasure and other processing operations necessary for the stated purposes.
The Controller may share data with Stripe, banks, hosting providers, CRM and communication tools, accounting and legal contractors, technical support providers and other processors acting under instructions and confidentiality obligations.
5. Cross-border transfer
The user gives explicit consent to transfer and store personal data outside the UAE where this is necessary for payment, hosting, communication, analytics, accounting, support, legal claims or performance of the contract, provided that appropriate contractual and security measures are used where required.
6. Withdrawal
The user may withdraw consent by contacting the Controller at the e-mail specified in section 1. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out before withdrawal and does not prevent processing required for contract performance, payment records, legal obligations, dispute resolution or defense of rights.
7. Confirmation
By ticking the consent checkbox, the user confirms that consent is specific, informed, clear and given by a positive action, and that the user has read the UAE Privacy Policy.
