Public Offer / Terms of Sale for Online Services
These terms apply to USD payments through Stripe to the UAE provider for the online program and archive products. Purchase of the service constitutes acceptance of these terms.
1. Provider

2. Services
The Provider offers online information and consulting services connected with the program «Triptych Shchedrovitsky V · 2026 — Government of the Future», including online sessions, recordings, presentations, working materials, project work, community access and archive recordings depending on the product purchased.
The services are not a licensed academic education program, do not lead to a state-recognized qualification and do not constitute legal, tax, investment, migration or financial advice tailored to the customer.
3. Products and tiers
- •Tier A: recordings, presentations and working materials without live participation or feedback;
- •Tier F: live lecture participation, questions, materials and interactive elements;
- •Tier B: live participation, group project work, questions, materials, interactive elements and EntSpace community inclusion;
- •Tier S: Tier B scope plus a signed photograph with personal dedication, expected delivery approximately one month after the cycle ends;
- •Archive 2022-2025: access to selected past cycle recordings/materials or a package of four cycles.
4. Digital contract and acceptance
The website displays service details, price, payment route and these terms. By submitting the form, proceeding to Stripe checkout and completing payment, the customer accepts the digital contract and these terms. The contract is formed when the payment is confirmed by the payment provider.
5. Price, VAT and payment
USD prices displayed on the website include UAE VAT where applicable. Payment is processed by Stripe or another payment provider indicated on the checkout page. Bank fees, issuer declines, exchange rates and card restrictions are handled by the relevant financial institutions.
6. Access and delivery
The main cycle is scheduled online from 7 May to 30 June 2026 unless updated on the website. Access details are sent to the e-mail, phone or Telegram contact provided by the customer. Archive access is provided digitally after payment confirmation and internal processing.
7. Cancellation, refunds and defects
If the customer cancels before access is provided, the Provider reviews a refund request and may refund the amount less unavoidable payment charges and documented costs. After access to recordings, materials or live sessions has been provided, refunds are assessed proportionally and in accordance with mandatory consumer protection rules.
If a service is defective, unavailable due to the Provider's fault, or materially different from the public description, the customer may request correction, re-provision, replacement access, proportionate refund or other remedy required by applicable UAE law.
8. Customer obligations
- •provide accurate contact and payment information;
- •use access credentials only personally or within an expressly agreed team arrangement;
- •not redistribute recordings, presentations, materials, screenshots or private session content without written consent;
- •respect intellectual property, confidentiality and community rules;
- •use the materials independently and obtain professional advice before making business, legal, tax, migration or investment decisions.
9. Intellectual property
All program materials, recordings, presentations, texts, visual materials and methodology belong to their respective rights holders. The customer receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use them for personal internal purposes during the access period.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by mandatory law, the Provider is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, business interruption, decisions made by the customer, third-party platform outages, banking restrictions or external legal, tax, migration and investment outcomes.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer rules provide otherwise. The parties first attempt to resolve disputes through support correspondence; unresolved disputes are submitted to the competent courts or authorities of the UAE at the Provider's place of registration, unless mandatory law grants the customer another forum.
12. Language
This Russian/English publication is prepared for the current landing page. If the offer is addressed to UAE consumers, an Arabic version of consumer-facing terms, data and advertising materials may be required and should prevail or be reconciled according to the final publication decision.
